These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of The Black Bull Run, including the website, browser game, Bull ID, wallet verification, leaderboards, Community Events, reward systems, claims, and related services.

By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use The Black Bull Run.

1. Eligibility

You may use the services only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to connect a wallet, participate in token-gated features, or claim digital-asset rewards.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. The Service

The Black Bull Run is a community-driven browser-game ecosystem. Features may include guest gameplay, wallet-connected gameplay, Bull ID, leaderboards, Community Events, qualification checks, snapshots, claims, milestone rewards, and creator-fee-related reward programs.

Features, rules, availability, reward structures, and technical requirements may change as the platform develops.

3. Wallet Connection and Bull ID

Certain features require a compatible blockchain wallet. You may be asked to sign a message to verify control of a wallet. A verification message is not intended to authorize a token transfer. Always review wallet prompts carefully before signing.

You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, devices, passwords, approvals, and blockchain transactions. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

4. Qualification

Some features may require users to hold published minimum values of $ANSEM and $TRENCHBULL. Qualification may be checked using wallet balances, token prices, backend records, session data, and public blockchain information.

Qualification thresholds, supported tokens, pricing sources, verification intervals, and eligibility rules may be updated. Temporary qualification does not create a permanent right to access or rewards.

5. Guest and Verified Gameplay

Guest gameplay may be available without a wallet. Guest runs may be excluded from global leaderboards, Community Events, rewards, claims, or other verified features.

Only runs accepted by the official backend are considered verified. Client-side displays, local saves, screenshots, recordings, or unofficial results do not override backend records.

6. Community Events and Leaderboards

Community Events may have specific start and end times, attempt limits, eligibility conditions, gameplay restrictions, scoring rules, and reward structures. Published event rules form part of these Terms.

Leaderboard positions may change during verification, review, anti-cheat checks, corrections, disqualifications, or finalization. A displayed position is not final until the event backend locks and confirms the result.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, automate gameplay, or use unauthorized tools.
• Submit falsified, modified, replayed, or fabricated run data.
• Bypass attempt limits, qualification checks, bans, rate limits, or security systems.
• Use multiple wallets, accounts, devices, or identities to gain an unfair advantage where prohibited.
• Attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the services.
• Impersonate another person, wallet owner, administrator, or project representative.
• Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

We may investigate suspicious activity and may reject runs, remove leaderboard entries, suspend access, block wallets, cancel eligibility, or take other reasonable protective action.

8. Rewards, Claims, Snapshots, and Buybacks

Rewards may depend on qualification, event performance, snapshot records, backend verification, claim windows, technical availability, and compliance with these Terms.

Participation does not guarantee a reward. Displayed estimates, pool sizes, claim values, reward schedules, or projected distributions may be corrected if affected by an error, exploit, data issue, blockchain event, or security concern.

Snapshot-based eligibility is determined by the official snapshot record. Creator-fee buybacks and related distributions are ecosystem programs and do not constitute guaranteed income, yield, interest, or investment return.

9. Digital Assets and Transactions

The Black Bull Run does not guarantee the value, liquidity, availability, legality, transferability, or future performance of $ANSEM, $TRENCHBULL, or any other digital asset.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible and may involve network fees, delays, failed transactions, smart-contract risks, wallet risks, or third-party infrastructure failures.

10. No Financial Advice

The services are provided for entertainment, community participation, and informational purposes. Nothing provided by The Black Bull Run is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You are responsible for your own research and decisions. The separate Risk Notice forms part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, game, software, graphics, artwork, interface, text, branding, sounds, animations, and original content are owned by or licensed to The Black Bull Run and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

References to third-party tokens, communities, brands, platforms, wallets, or services do not imply ownership, endorsement, partnership, or control unless expressly stated.

12. Third-Party Services

The services may interact with third-party wallets, blockchains, hosting providers, databases, marketplaces, exchanges, social platforms, or other external services.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, fees, actions, or terms. Your use of them is subject to their own agreements and policies.

13. Availability and Changes

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, technical limitations, or project development.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, permanent, secure, or error-free availability.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the services, created security or legal risk, or compromised fair competition.

Termination may include removal of leaderboard entries, loss of event eligibility, cancellation of unverified rewards, or invalidation of abusive claims where permitted by applicable law.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantee regarding uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, security, reward availability, token value, or future development.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Black Bull Run and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, opportunity, data, digital assets, wallet access, or reputation.

We are not responsible for losses caused by user error, compromised wallets, blockchain activity, market volatility, third-party services, network failures, unauthorized access, force-majeure events, or conduct outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the services, laws, risks, or platform features evolve. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

19. Governing Principles and Local Rights

These Terms are intended for an international service. They do not remove mandatory consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Any dispute should first be raised with us in good faith so that the parties can attempt to resolve it informally. Applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined by mandatory legal rules and the circumstances of the dispute until a formal operating entity and governing-law clause are published.
